Our Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment (as communicated during booking).
All rates include accommodation, local dinner, breakfast, and listed complimentary amenities.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before or upon arrival.
Accepted modes of payment: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.
Cancellations made within 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment.
Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

5. Changes to Booking

Date changes are allowed once (subject to room availability) if requested at least 7 days before check-in.

6. Guest Policies

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in for all guests.
Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Bonfires are arranged only on request and subject to weather conditions.

7. Child Policy

Children up to 5 years stay free without extra bed.
Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults for tariff purposes.

8. Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or damage.
Any damage to property caused by guests will be chargeable.

9. House Rules

No smoking inside the rooms.
Alcohol consumption must be kept discreet and responsible.
Respect the peaceful environment of the homestay and surrounding village.

10. Force Majeure

Semkit Homestay is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
