Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation if you cancel 7 days before check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or in case of no-show.
Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7 working days.
Rescheduling allowed once if requested 48 hours before check-in (subject to availability).
Early check-out: No refund for unused nights.
Special cases: In emergencies (like road closure, medical issues), full refund or free rescheduling may be offered on request.
