At Semkit Homestay, we believe in offering an authentic Spitian living experience without compromising on comfort.
Our tariffs are straightforward, with no hidden charges — every booking includes an electric blanket, solar-heated water, local dinner and breakfast, and access to all shared amenities.

Tariff Notes

Season tariffs are valid from 15th April to 31st July. Thereafter from 15th November to 05th January.
Rest of the year is considered off season.
Tariffs are subject to change as per local administration.
All tariffs are set by Homestay associations
Additional charges are applicable for value added services like room heater, bonfire, etc.
